Abstracts

Island Voices on the Move: Sinophone Research Forum features a total of 31 presentations across two workshops: the HKCAL Workshop and the Taiwan workshop, held at Clarendon Building, the University of Leeds.

• The HKCAL Workshop includes 20 presentations focused on cultural production, identity, language, memory, and representation related to Hong Kong, across music, film, literature, theatre, and visual arts.
• The Taiwan Workshop includes 11 presentations focused on cinema, media, literature, transnational identity, and political/cultural visibility in the Taiwanese context, with selected papers addressing multilingual and indigenous perspectives.
